Beef Butchering Form
The Beef Butchering Form is used to specify the types of Beef Steaks, Roasts and/or amount of Hamburger you are looking for. This form is to be used only if you ordered a quarter or half side of beef. You will be notified by email when it is necessary to complete this form.

Pork Butchering Form
The Pork Butchering Form is used to specify the types of Pork Roast, Shoulders, Hams, Pork Chops, Bacon, and/or Sausage Flavors. This form is to be used only if you ordered a whole or half side of pork. You will be notified by email when it is necessary to complete this form.

Lamb Butchering Form
The Lamb Butchering Form is used to specify the types of Loin Chops, Rib Chops or Lamb Rack, St. Louis Ribs, Shanks, and Ground Lamb or Stew meat. This form is to be used only if you ordered a lamb. You will be notified by email when it is necessary to complete this form.
